Hi! I’m Kelly Roach, founder of Mindful Mobility. For the past 25 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people stay strong, mobile, and independent. As both a physical therapist assistant and certified personal trainer, I’ve discovered something important—the journey to better mobility doesn’t end when therapy does.

After 22 years in rehabilitation facilities, followed by three years providing in-home care—one thing was clear. People need ongoing support for a safe progression of their exercise programs, along with assisting with their functional goals. That’s why I created Mindful Mobility! I bring professional care right to your home, helping you stay active and independent in the space where it matters most.

What happens at my first visit?

Your initial consultation includes:

  • Health history review

  • Goal setting discussion

  • Vital signs assessment

  • Personalized plan development

  • Initial mobility assessment

How long and frequent are sessions?

Sessions are in your home and customizable—typically running for 45-60 minutes. I will design a schedule that matches your goals, activity needs and days and times that fit your needs.

What if I’m new to exercise?

Perfect! We will start at your comfort level and progress gradually. Every journey begins with small steps.

Do I need a doctor’s approval?

No physician’s order needed, though consulting your doctor before starting is recommended.

How do I pay for services?
